  Have not been to this Tims in the last month where my order wasn't wrong. I've had to go back on multiple occasions for mistakes that should not have happened. Trying to get a coffee at this location is not even worth the aggravation, let alone trying to get something to eat.

  Always busy drive threw is jam packed.Inside is way to long if a wait.To many big orders being filled and any more then 5 minutes waiting in line is to long.Not very good service at the Paradise location.wait times both drive threw or inside are not fit

  I drink a DD med on average 3 times a day roll the rim is i effect and rolled up a free coffee so I chose to get an extra large.. yes all because I didn't have to pay for it and because I superstitiously think the free car is on the bigger cups. When I was handed the coffee it wasn't in a roll up cup I asked for a roll up cup but apparently there not allowed to give a another cup out I feel ripped off
